Veterinary Inspection
The schedule of charges on all necessary veterinary services performed by an accredited veterinarian for inspection will be at uniform per head rates, pursuant to company agreement with the veterinarian performing such services.
Insurance
All livestock consigned to this market agency are covered by insurance in accordance with an insurance policy on file with USDA, Packers, and Stockyards Administration.
The consignor is protected against loss due to accident, theft, and fire The charge for this is $.15 cents per $100.00 gross sales.
Other Charges & Fees
Check off money will be collected as state by Federal & State Law
Special or Unusual Services
Special selling and marketing services, such as involved in featured registered cattle and calf or cow sales, not usually required in handling livestock for sale and other than specified, will be charged for under special arrangement.
